I’m having a similar probably with this company as we speak, these people put a notice on my door 2 months before my lease was up & now that it’s getting closer to the end not 1 email was sent to renew my lease, they are very UNPROFESSIONAL the office staff emailed about me NOT having renters Insurance which I never miss not one payment it’s just that when this company took over the address had to be changed so now that is changed still no renewal notice then they tell me I got I am my son and he’s under the age of 18 now my Renters insurance says only if he’s 18 he can be added

That is very true but 2 months before my lease was going to be up anyway? Seems a little fishy to me! There were other issues that were not just and more than a few, the manager extremely unprofessional! It says you are a owner...is that true?
