I lived at a rental property for 8 1/2 years. There's always going to be nirmal wear and tear on a property over that much time. When Corbin came and did the final walk through he said everything looked good and not to worry about having the carpet cleaned cause the owners were upgrading the flooring and there was no need to spend the extra money due to that. After I moved out I got a bill for carpet cleaning and other things that seem to be made up cause it wasn't there when I moved out. Corbin answered all of my calls up until I moved out and now he has nothing g to sat. I recommend you look elsewhere to rent if you want your deposit back. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!

They don't pay Realtors for their service fee. My boyfriend is still waiting for his service check and it's been 3 months. Going to have to reach out to their broker I guess to get that money. We called them 4 times already.

I’ve had a great experience with Atlas, specifically working with Steven and his assistant Amy. They were both very kind and responsive from day one! The process of applying and touring apartments is such a hassle, other places would make it seem like a chore to show you the units Vs working with Steven & Amy has been a great experience. Any maintenance requests I’ve had have been fixed at a reasonable time and the response like I said is super fast. I would recommend them to family and friends 100%
