What’s up with your website being “not secure” when people are trying to apply for a property? Was going to apply for a house I really liked, but saw that the page I was supposed to leave my SSN on and credit card information wasn’t secure

STOP. Stop what you're doing. Do NOT conduct business with these people. PLEASE. I am writing this to SAVE YOU from the 2+ years of pain, aggravation, and disgusting behaviors we had to endure due to Turn Key. Do NOT expect your security deposit returned. Ours was not and won't be until we pursue the legal action that we intend to. What I am writing here is not libel as it is only the truth written along with my own opinion which I am allowed under the 1st Amendment. Yes, I have to publicly write this because that is the level of disgusting behavior that you can expect from this so-called "property management" company. Nathan Vidrine, one of the managers in this company, is one of the most narcissistic, condescending, egotistical, and arrogant individuals I have met in the last 25 years. I am allowed to write this name as it is public information for your company, Nathan. Read my full review for more information and details.

This way they can sell your information and blame you!!! Run from Turn key!!!! we thought about renting through them but after reading the reviews and knowing what we went through there's no way in hell I would rent from them!!! I have literally try to contact them about a property and all I do is tell me will send you information and hang up. The information as you have to pay before you see any property lmfao. I spoke to several real real estate agents who told me they won't even show turn Key properties. Most of their properties have mold and asbestos.

That is a very bad news company to rent houses and apartments from. Do not contact TurnKey properties for your own good. My wife and I rented a property from that company, and in the contract that stated that if customers want to come and check out the house that we have to allow other people into the home to look at the home for possible rent or sale. I have never heard anything like it we had nothing but problems with the house landlord did not want to fix them and now that my wife and I are out of the house they are still trying to charge us for everything wrong with the house. For your own protection do not go with TurnKey properties.
