I didnt have a hard time and my credit isnt to good...however I did have to put a higher deposit down.
You have the best maintenance man of Evo Apartments ever! His name is Manny and he is diligent respectful does the job right the first time and he is probably one of the best things this property has to offer plus your management team is amazing to hear on property I'm very grateful I've been living here 16 years and I hope when the next rent increase comes up that I'll be able to work with it and continue to afford living here at least for another year or so but thank you so much for your amazing staff especially your maintenance and your management is just absolutely wonderful!
