Extremely shady and unprofessional company. The property manager I dealt with is Cynthia Woodward. I received the remainder of my security deposit ($2,164.45) the very last day of the 30 day window. I have disagreements with the amount received: One being the grass in the backyard-the only dead spot was one foot in diameter inside the middle sod triangle so I was charged $950 to replace the whole back-yard sod (3 small sod triangles, not 1 sod triangle) because the owners have now decided to sell the property? The grass was overgrown (knee-high) when I moved into the property (I have a date-stamped photo). When grass is overgrown, then cut, the grass is then shocked as I’m sure everyone is fully aware of being in dry Nevada. Next, I was charged a late fee for July 2022 when I moved out of the property on June 30, 2022. I called Cynthia when I received an email saying the rent was due for July. The amount due on their online portal was incorrect and you, Cynthia then told me disregard, there was an error and you would let the front desk know because they were unaware. No prorated rent was ever mentioned. If an amount was due, Cynthia should have communicated that when we spoke on the phone that day, but she rather said nothing and charged me prorated rent + a late fee. Extremely unfortunate experience and miscommunication on Cynthia Woodward’s part. I was also charged a cleaning fee because dust was found on the top of a fan remote beside the bedroom light switch. I was suppose to receive a $4,500 security deposit. Yes, I tried to call and email Cynthia Woodward before leaving this review and no response. I have never been taken advantage of by a property management/rental company. Please pay attention to the reviews-there are a lot of similar experiences with NO ACCOUNTABILITY from Key Property Management.

Mustafa, we recieved your recent work order request you submitted today. Your last request in regards to an irrigation leak was handled in September 2018. Your lease states you are responsible for irrigation leaks and landscape maintenance. We are happy to refer a landscaper to you if needed. Thank you!
