Be VERY wary about the reviews posted here. Before you do any business with this company, do some research. They were formerly running Remax Central and the reviews there do not align. Be sure to read every single review (and also the "filtered" reviews, one very detailed and troubling review by a homeowner). Most of the reviews from 2011 to 2019 fell under the leadership of the ones now running this company. To find their previous activity, throw the following words into a Google search, the first result should get you to their previous gig: yelp remax west sahara If you are looking to let these people manage your property, do your due diligence. If you are looking to lease a home that is managed by this company, you also need to be sure to do your research on their past practices. I have dealt with this husband/wife in the past and I would not recommend them under any circumstance. I found their empathy for people to be non-existent.

This is the absolutely worst property management I have ever dealt with. They arent even aware if my tenants have paid their rents until I bring it up. they charge for things that havent taken place, and are completely unresponsive and impossible to get ahold of. If you are an owner looking for someone to manage your property, I advise you avoid these people at all cost.

Nikki is a pleasure to work with and has the perfect tone of voice for our company. She always responds in time, which makes us very happy! We love the flat fees charged also!

I would like to take this opportunity to say what a relief it is that I Love Las Vegas Realty has been so helpful with my property. My wife and I live over 1000 miles away from our home in Vegas, but we know the office will look after everything for us even while we're not there. They really care about their customers' best interests - they keep me informed of anything happening on my property without any prodding! Thank you very much.- Carter.
