No weekly rent theres is a waiting list 1-2 months. Deposit depends on credit background check. I dont have good credit and we moved in with a 400 rent n 400 deposit so it was same as rent move in. (Almost like not paying deposit)
I dont pay weekly. One bdrm for me is 650.00. I'm under the state of nv recipient. My case manager John "J.J." Johnson of State of Nevada. He is very familiar with this place. He referred me. And knows the manager by phone not face but twice. Marlene Matias. She's sweet and hands on. But background check; no and credit check ;no. It's was told to me it's privately owned.

This is an apartment complex. There's no weekly rentals like Seigel Suites. Deposit depends on what size unit you rent. You can rent 6 months to a year but rent is cheaper by the year. Utilities are only included on certain units. Yes they do back ground and credit checks but they're a lot more lenient on what the crime was.
