Parking is expensive there. It's an okay neighborhood for DC with easy access to Mall Area and Chinatown area, 14th Street Area, U Street Area but I would look at other options as well.

I beleive so which I a little pricy considering most hotels offer complimentary parking when you stay the night. We had to stay here due to the amount of people staying in one room. It's in a great area. Close to the tourist areas & close to many restaurants. There was a cute neighborhood close by also
