I have never seen that in reference to the hub... Maybe designated Amazon pick up site only. Please call Amazon directly for guidance.

Call Amazon about that. I never heard of that.it is correct that this Amazon location does not hold packages for customer pick up. This Fairfield location is whats called a Delivery Center only. You can opt IN YOUR AMAZON ORDERING PROCESS, for delivery to "an Amazon facility" but at this time - the only facilities Ive seen offered for direct pick up were all the way in Cincinnati. Track your package during transit - they now offer "in transit" delivery options like: deliver to a neighbor or leave with a receptionist, and more. Hope this helps. The message u received may have been from another carrier/shipping company.
Have seen recently they have made exceptions and allowed people to pick up packages... Now what those exceptions are I do not know...
If it was left a UPS store or another place like that.. yes.
