My order was placed in my mail box. The Amzon delivery person drove up to my mail box and stuck it in (I have it recorded on my security camera). I have detailed instructions on where my orders are to be placed with Amazon. This was on 6/15/18.

Our policies clearly state that it is a federal crime to place packages in a mail box. Still, drivers will do it, for their own reasoning. If you wish, I would definitely at the least, file a claim with Amazon.

Placing it in your mailbox is actually a federal crime. Legally it's mail tampering. You can have this dude arrested if you so desire. Just about every one of our training videos state as such.

While it is a crime; you cant have him arrested - only a prosecutor can. You can file the claim of you wish, but i doubt it will go anywhere bryond deactivation with amazon. The federal criminal system doesnt usually care about such crimes.
