First things first, they WAY oversell their product. Sales person came to the house and way over sold the product they provide by telling us how deep they dig and all the fancy technology they use. The system they installed didn't match what we were told we were getting. They don't dig low enough to actually affect any change. We are 1 year after the initial install and are already having to pay to continue the service warranty despite being told they have a 7 year warranty on the product. We have had to bring them back out to the house 3 times already. Once to fix the poor quality of work, once because they tied the drains into a clogged pipe. And the last time because despite all the money we've paid and work done on the house water still comes in the basement. It's been nothing but a disappointment and I would never recommend them to anyone.

We have been very pleased with our Everdry service. They did great work and once they were done you couldn't even tell they were there, as they cleaned up so well! We haven't had any concerns with our basement since being serviced by Everdry!

EverDry's representative explained the process in detail. He took his time while in our basement and provided information on how the waterproofing would be done, and the amount of time needed to complete the process. We did not feel pressured and he listened to our questions and concerns. We were provided with a referral list of people who had used their services previously. The Master Service Warranty provides a level of peace of mind.
