I am so happy we delivered here. We were originally supposed to deliver at the burdett center but were diverted due to the holiday weekend and staffing issues. The nursing staff, anesthesiologist, midwives, everyone were so compassionate, informative, and professional and made the birthing experience so much more enjoyable. My baby had some concerns, but I felt safe in my medical team's decision making and had an otherwise normal delivery and healthy baby.. highly recommend this location. Thank you so much to our team for everything you did to help us welcome our baby into the world.

How anyone can give these folks a 1* review is ridiculous. From the cleaning personnel to the food service department to the specialty nurses and doctors, you couldn’t ask for better care anywhere. I needed a triple bypass and from day one till I got out I received the best of care from EVERYONE!!! I’M STILL HERE BECAUSE OF THEM! These were the best heart surgeons and nurses I could have asked for…and I did. Thanks to all of you for doing your best to keep me here for my family and my newest addition…my new granddaughter.

The ER The most unpleasant experience in my life, I walked outside to get some fresh air and was refused re entry, outdated covid policy's, they simply don't want any visitors. When I explained my mom can't be left alone because of her condition they didn't care and did nothing about letting me back in. Worst of all they did nothing to help my mom, took blood and sent her home , didn't even give her a wheelchair ride out, it was heartbreaking to see her as sick when I brought her in, stumbling around barely able to Walk.

I was in the hospital for 4 weeks, 2 weeks ICU 2 weeks on reg. Floor. I couldn't ask for better care. Everyone from the person who swept the floors, Techs, Nurses, Dr.s , case workers and specialist gave me exceptional care. I would highly recommend this hospital for all health care needs.

Call the volunteer office, you would go through them at St. Peter’s
You should move this to a review as a question it is not very likely to be read. Unless of course you are looking for feedback in which case.... I think you should call management they are pretty good at responding to concerns
Yes they do. They have SPARC inpatient counseling. Though I believe you have to go through the ER first to be admitted.
Yes you can. Just turn on the TV and you'll see the instructions. You also have a phone next to the bed to activate the TV
Call and ask for the hospital administrator
Yes on the ground level.
You have to go the valet entrance take elevator to 2nd floor. Doors open behind you. Stright ahead glass doors is the entrance to the Breast Center.
IDK.....I work there but I never call there 😅. Google it
Yes Trinity Health actually owns St Peters hospital
Yes I believe that they do
There are people at the front desk to help you with directions.
Not to my knowledge but there are multiple general practitioners in the hospital.
Yes
No
Maybe they can add another used wasted floor to this hospital? Poor memory and experience.
Nope, not at all.
I work here and i agree i work in the food department but this hospital treats the patients as if they dont care at all its sad to see and thats why im leaving to go to albany med
Call them directly for an answer that would be accurate
Albany med
Idk who my patients are until the day of.
They do offer inpatient dialysis but I'm not certain what type
A surgery-specific question like this would be best to ask of the orthopedic surgeon's office who will be performing the surgery. Best of luck with your procedure and recovery 😊👍
9am-9pm even in ICU
Reach out to your primary Dr or call and ask for medical records at the hospital and ask for the shot records
I don't think so. They have a pediatric cardiology dr next door but as far as a pediatric floor it's albany med. Both times I brought my son to the e.r. at st Peter's they sent him to albany med.
See Peters does have a rehab unit but if you needed long term rehab you would probably eventually go to The Eddy which is equipped for serious physical rehab.
Yes they do.keep all your paperwork! The billing office screws thing up regularly! You might get bills months later. It happened to us several times.
Their thrift shop across the street will accept them I'm pretty sure. Also you can check with Hospice.
Not sure i would call and ask
Through the main entrance, up the stairs and turn right. The lab will be on the right, across from the row of rocking chairs. Also, there is a second, smaller lab at 319 South Manning Blvd. With your back to the main entrance, it's the building to the right. Go through the entrance into the building and the lab is just down the hall on the left. The main lab can often be quite busy with long waits. The other lab usually provides service without a lengthy wait. Good luck.
SO SORRY ,I DIDN'T NEED A MOTEL FOR FAMILY LOGGING MY HOME IS CLOSE BY THE HOSPITAL AND DR'S APPOINTMENTS .🏨🚙✔.GOOD LUCK.
I think so, thru the gift shop, but am not positive.
Not sure call them and sak
