Does anyone know if any hospitals in the capitol district offer a volunteer program to cuddle drug addicted babies? If so can someone steer me in the right direction, thanks.

Call the volunteer office, you would go through them at St. Peter’s

St. Peter’s does have a nicu cuddler program

These checks anywhere mean nothing and can show nothing on people. Do not let people touch newborn babies.

Have you contacted Albany Medical Center or Bellevue Woman’s Hospital?
