I am writing this review because I feel that this woman Ashley was very rude and disrespectful to me. I called because I was wanted more info about the company for my mother. When she came on the phone I was inquiring about the services the company offered and a little more about the company. She told me I could go to the web site and proceeded to give me a brief overview. I said that’s the info I was looking for and she snapped my head off and told me she would never provide a service to me!! I said whoa! I told her ok thanks and hung up. She was very aggressive, rude and disrespectful and further more unprofessional for no reason. I just could not believe how she talked to me. It was just so uncalled for!! They may have a good company but talking to that Ashley woman was not a good experience. 🤔😏

I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for safe and reliable transportation for their loved ones. The staff who answer the phones are very friendly and accommodating and the drivers are all trained and know the area well. They were wonderful with handling my disabled father and he was very pleased with the service! Thank you, will be using again :)

Came across CDMT& noticed that this is one of the best companies out here that I know of. Great customer service and it is also great to have people out here that truly cares about their patients and their needs. I'm here to thank Indy for all her hard work , and all the effort she puts in while she's doing her job . Wish there were more people like her working for this company! Making sure her patients are well taken care of in a business professional manner way; She deserves a great raise and/or a bonus💛 ! Keep up the good work Indy !!
