A great homeless shelter free meals lunch and dinner 🍽️ not to often that breakfast is severed here if you don't have a hat , coat, gloves or bathing products such a soap and shampoo and deodorant or what ever you need they will give it to you just ask the staff members, things like underwear and socks 🧦 and other things are handed out here also if they don't have what you need the soup kitchen a few houses away has everything you would need and food of, various types as well as household items and everything is free

I work in the community and have for 25 years. I find some of the staff to be rude and they have an attitude like they're better than the people that are employed to serve. I called asking for information about services and was talked to as if they were doing me a favor. We are in a very crucial time in this community when people from all walks of life are in need of assistance, being made to feel inferior because of it by people who are paid to assist you only creates more problems.

This shelter at 176 Sheridan avenue Albany NY is one of the best it's very clean the people that work here make sure everyone is safe and helps them in learning things there are social workers here to help a person with what ever it is you need help with like social security or finding a place to live the food is great 3 meals a day and snacks at night it is donated so if you have time and own a business or restraint.it would be a great thing if you donated food to 176 Sheridan avenue Albany NY it also has TV and WiFi internet.
