Gentlemen provided great customer service however store signs for buy one get one 50 off confusing. We picked shoes with signs upon check out manager said they don’t qualify for deal. Ridiculous felt like I was ripped off.

Poor staff had to deal with portable a/c units. It didn't affect our shopping trip in anyway. 2 of use left with great shoes.

Love getting shoes here, especially with the deals. But times hit everyone and they seem down on people who can help out if you have questions. Overall great and will get shoes here for as long as I can

Questions & Answers

Do these people think it's acceptable to lie to their customers. I was told explicitly that if I had any problems with the pair of wokverine boots I bought I could bring them in for a refund. Nowhere on the receipt does it state they don't allow this

So then you have to either go above their heads or contact the general manager over the store or stores somebody will give you some assistance if you persist
