my husband and I were there today 24 July 2020 to shop and make a sizeable order for our organization- Titusville Garden Club. we walked around the sizeable farm they have there with a good selection of plants we found. staff there was unwilling to help us carry 7 gallon pots from the outer reaches. they could not tell us anything about the plants we were interested in- which would have been specimens. they could not tell me which variety the passion vine was covered with caterpillars (was NOT purple- different leaves) I would have bought that plant, caterpillars and all had they known. staffing is horrible there. nice stock plants, but everything is dry and full of weeds and their seeds. we will not be back. the single star is for the cool plants in stock.

Oh well

If there was an option to give this place 0 stars i would. They treat their staff horribly! My mother got hired here and they fired her for asking a simple question. They had her doing the grunt work while nobody else worked. Not only that most of the plants are dead and overpriced, save your money and go somewhere else.

I usually like to shop locally but the nurseries near me are overpriced with plants that don't always look the best and the selection is limited. This nursery is great with the best selection of plants at the most reasonable prices. Anyone who complains about the service must have hit it on a really busy day or they're just difficult to please.

I would like to see this place do well. I pass it almost every day hoping to stop in on my limited free time. This weekend, my free time came. I checked their Google information for hours, Sunday 10am to 4pm. The phone number I called the morning of provided no message indicating I reached the correct business, but I did check it against another source. Someone called me back from another number, but did not leave a message. I called that number back and it was a nice person who when I informed them of the hours listed on Google said that their time had changed to Noon to 4pm. My wife has wanted a tree for some time, but all other nurseries we visited had anemic selections and puny stock. We wanted a 5 caliper "insta-tree" and LaFleur had them from what I could see as I drove by. It takes me 30 minutes to get there. Because the hours had changed, I'm early. I deep breath it and kill time doing a few other things. One was visiting a nursery down the street. I go back. Barely any, almost no, staff is there. The one person is helping someone who is not pleased. Two others including myself are not recognized(Hello, Be with you in a moment, Thanks for your patience) I don't blame her. Many are not aware of the amount of effort that goes into quality customer service. They had 3 trees I would have loved to ask and possibly purchase, but I couldn't wait any longer. I drove home, empty handed, and knowing my wife would berate me for not having a tree and just calling. I really tried to buy a tree or two, but was unable. I hope they figure out customer service. I really think they mean well, and I would like to see them do well. 3 hours of precious weekend gone. 07132013: I'm happy to re-review. Not only has the nursery improved, it's grown. I had bought another tree from them, and it's done exceedingly well. I've also had dirt deliveries. Great dirt by the way. Kudos and congratulations.
