Shower wouldn’t get that warm, no water pressure, shower curtain inadequate - I’m sure the whole bathroom floor is sopping wet every time shower is ran. I can live with the shower though. Main reason though for 1 star is that there was an insane, low-tone humming going on and off the whole night and morning - every 20 minutes or so. The tone is so loud and droning, woke up in the morning with a headache (after finally falling asleep). Supposed to put down some serious miles today but did not get a good nights sleep or rest here, whatsoever. Bummer.

Very nice hotel. The staff were professional and courteous. The room was clean, orderly, spacious, and all the amenities worked as advertised. Plenty of parking near the entrance closest to my room. I would recommend to friends, and to stay here again.

The employee on duty was amazing and very helpful. Rooms clean, included breakfast had everything and was very good.The lady that was at the dining area was very helpful too. Great staff!

I definitely recommend staying at this hotel. I booked a three night stay through Hotels.com, but when our family arrived, the room Hotels.com has posted on their site, is and was not the same as the room Holiday Inn had available for us. During the mixup, Hotels.com would not make the corrections, so I canceled my booking through them, and booked directly through IHG. The manager Tessa K, and front desk operator Jon were amazing. Not only did we get our room for a better rate than Hotels.com, but they gave us the room we expected. Breakfast, cleanliness, and customer service was amazing. Every time our family comes through this area in the future, we will definitely always stay at this Holiday Inn, and I recommend you do as well. You will definitely be pleased. Thank you again Tessa for your amazing hospitality.
