Clothing racks are crammed together. Nice selection, but difficult for some to "fish" through. Simple rearrangement and additional racks would help a lot.

I 100% lost interest in this store all together. I had to deal with a rude customer service person who by the way I'm not naming here because I feel sorry for her poor life and lack of class and etiquette. I should and will call the corporate office to tell them about my nasty experience at this store. Obviously, the person had no idea how to handle a simple situation due to her nasty attitude and lack of professionalism. The highly incompetent cashier argued with me while yelling and raising her voice and snatching her name tag out of my hand so I couldnt see her name. In my entire life, I had never seen an employee of a store so disrespectful to call a customer names and throw nasty remarks. The store manager was not any better as she was called to the scene as she managed to stand there and watch her employee curse at a client without telling her to shut her mouth. COMPLETE DISASTER. PUT THIS IN YOUR HEAD, NO CUSTOMERS, NO PAYCHECKS.

Shopping at Kohls has been an overall nice experience, I am comfortable with most of the staff, (thank you Doreen and Debb for all of your assistance during my visits) prices and sales are enticing, and I like their inventory. Unfortunately, yesterday I had a very bad experience with one of the staff members over the customer service desk. I went to get a price adjustment and I was treated poorly. I am not sure if this was racial, bad timing, or just bad customer service. Although, I did notice the difference in treatment when the customers behind me which were attended with care and professionalism. The customers were American and I am Hispanic. I was humiliated and even had to express that was leaving and would return another day because clearly she was upset. She proceeded to push my bottle of water towards me so I would leave the area. This was before speaking to me in a demeaning tone. I am very disappointed with the events.
