The caring and compassionate care my father and my family received from Kevin and his exceptional staff helped to make a very difficult time for our family easier. We were truly impressed by the professionalism of everyone at Home Instead and their swift and appropriate response to our request for care. The staff that worked with my father treated him with dignity and respect and had a keen understanding of behaviors associated with dementia and engaged my father in activities to re-focus his attention on something positive. Dale even brought his guitar and led my father in song, once he learned one of my father's favorite activities had been singing with a group. This was truly patient-centered care for which we are most appreciative. A big thank you to Kevin and his entire staff.

Hello Betty, We offer a range of services that include light housekeeping, transportation, meals, grocery shopping, medication reminders and a host of other services. The best way to determine how we can assist is to have a conversation with one of our staff members. On the phone or in person we can get more into detail about the specific needs of the individual. We'd be happy to discuss ways to help this person remain in their home.
Hi Peter, Thank you for your question and thank you for what you do! There is such a growing need for Home Health Aids (HHA) like yourself. Though we do hire Home Health Aids our staff do not "live-in" with the clients we provide care for. We provide care for our clients in shifts, and shifts can be from as little as 3 hours all the way up to 24/7 with a couple of different staff members rotating care.
