Pros: Wheelchair ♿ Accessible, in downtown surrounded by office buildings, with M&T in front, city hall around the corner, uncompromising receptionist/scheduler/manager Cons: Limited parking, many realtors don't know how to handle Land Bank properties [call land bank directly], lots of bureaucracy and processes [making very sure real properties make it back on the tax roll - which i hear is important these days] Recommendations: None at the moment, will update when I have some.

Been waiting a week for a call back.. Apparently you need to know someone on the inside to be able to buy property. What joke..
