I love this pharmacy and hospital the doctors are always friendly.

Chief complaint was high BP and heart palpations. Waited a whole 2 hours in my car are inside a room with nobody even checking my BP. I ended up leaving and going to the E.R. at valley med bascom. Within one hour had BP checked (which was high btw), EKG, blood tests Do NOT go here.

Edit: I wanted to add last time I got a blood test here they must've lost the sample because I never received my results.. so today I walked in at 6 pm they told me they'd get me in but I'd need to wait outside or in my car. They also told me to leave my number on the paper and they'll call me when there's room so I waited in my car for 2 hours. When I went back in because it was taking suspiciously long they made me wait some more just to tell me someone made a mistake, you need to go somewhere else.. I'm now sitting outside looking for another urgent care to goto. I've had many experiences here it always takes a long time. I use Gardner health and they seem to be good at getting me in Stat. I already made an appointment with them for tomorrow morning. 2 very bad experiences in a row, they're doing something very wrong.

It took 40 minutes checking me in when I was in pain and there was nobody in the waiting room or in the back by all appearances. They refused to give me a copy of the labwork they did because they didn't have the forms to sign for me to release my medical record to myself, but allowed me to view the computer screen with the results, which were only available as a splitscreen with a list of other patients and was not full-screenable, so they violated other patients privacy in order to not allow me access to my own labwork. There's also a language barrier. It appeared to be a trilingual facility, which is great, however they repeatedly didn't understand basic things I explained like where my pain was located and what drugs I was allergic to.
