I had a thorough, 2+ hour, explanation of just how the awesome new Bernina quilting and embroidery machine I recently purchased works. This came free with my machine. Cindy was very knowledgeable and I can't wait to get started on new projects. There is also Bernina Club each month and various other lessons offered. Service of my other Betnina machine was always great and it appears this will continue with my new one!

Good solutions for sewing machines and vacuums. I recently took my older Dyson vacuum in for repair and was offered good options for parts (new or used). They have been in business for a long time so they had just the used part I needed so it was very quick turnaround time and cost effective :-) I also have my Elna sewing machine serviced every year here, never an issue. I will be purchasing my first Bernina here soon.
