BY FAR THE BEST customer service I have ever received anywhere. They are honest, super knowledgeable and easy to talk to. They’ve helped me with the purchase of my previous motorcycle and my new one. Gave me the best possible trade in for my old one and also assisted me when my previous motorcycle got totaled. If you are considering buying a motorcycle I highly recommend visiting this location and getting the best information and service!

I purchased a Specialized bike from San Jose Motorcycles and it was definitely a higher level of buyer experience than your typical bike shop. The owners of the shop have smartly infused BMW and Specialized products into beautifully staged showroom. Everyone is very professional, courteous, and welcoming with a friendly smile. Don't doubt their expertise on the bicycle end. They are an authorized Specialized dealer and have all the support and knowledge readily available. I also got to tour the service area and they have everything and then some more to work/assemble the Turbo Levos. Because they deal with high-end BMW motorcycles, the care and attention to detail trickles down to the bicycles as well. I would not hesitate to shop at SJ Motorcycles and refer my friends and family. Kudos to Alex and Willie for a fantastic family owned and operated store.

Fantastic experience overall, I couldn't be happier. I actually showed up about 45 min before closing time (sorry again) and was treated unlike it was quitting time. Really everyone that helped me was excellent and had first hand knowledge of bikes and gear. I ultimately purchased a new Zero FX and I love it. I would recommend anyone looking for a new BMW or ZERO to check these guys out, it wasn't a typical stressful dealership experience at all. I didn't feel pressured in any way to buy anything but the way I was treated made me want to! I'll be back here should I need to upgrade or have my bike serviced. Thanks again

Great experience purchasing a new bike. Cory was the coolest salesperson I have dealt with in a very long time. Absolutely no pressure buying experience, even though I made multiple trips to make sure I got what I wanted. No silly hidden or add on fees that you find at other motorcycle dealerships - everything was super transparent. Definitely recommend that your next bike be a BMW and that you buy it from Corey @ San Jose Motorrad

Hello Eric! Thank you for reaching out. I would love to provide you that quote. In order to give you a proper quote I need to ask you a few question about the bike and adress. Can you please send me you email and phone number? It will just take a few minutes. The right price on the wrong bike doesn't help you or me. Cheers!

Do you deal in vintage airheads?

Thanks for the quick response! Not quite yet, currently in the near future market for a bike in the SF area. Wasn't sure if your dealership handled any vintage sales. Came across a mention for you guys on a forum and figured I'd ask. I'm leaning toward '81+ R80/100s, but am not sure of the SF marketplace for them. (Moving from DC when we can leave the house) Thanks for your help, hope you guys are safe!

Have you done the major service at 30,000 miles for the HP2 Sport? What did the engine look like and is this partial engine rebuild really necessary if normal sporty riding plus odd track days was done? How many hours allotted to that inspection?

Would call them directly since a lot of places don't check here regularly. They might also have specific questions about your bike that they could answer faster than texting back and forth.
