Shady people going in and out of apartment gates, people yelling their brains out, inconsiderate tenants with their loud music, driving fast through parking lot, idk if tenants or homeless rummage through the dumpster, and also people knocking on your door checking if there is anybody inside. There needs to be more security at all times and there needs to be better background checks. These apartments should be a nice place for families and not for people looking to make trouble.

Gym went from closing at 10pm to 5:30 and on top of that on random days they just close it and put a note on the door.. can’t you guys let us know a day in advance so we can work our schedule around it ? what’s the point on having amenities if we can’t use it ?

Poor management we face too any theft in Valley West Apartments and the manager didn’t do nothing to resolve all these theft in the big property of 500 units. These apartments not even change the carpet we have more than 16 years renting here and management don’t care we are in the waiting list.

Don't live here. Terrible water quality. I've reached out several times to management for over 6 months and it's been crickets. The first picture is water that's been "filtered". Not to mention the entire lack of communication of policy changes, drafty windows that block zero cold or noise, outdated apts, etc.
