I’m living in midtown at meridian. I appreciate to maintenance team since their help is always fast and perfect. And, it’s located on center of SanJose so i’m able to go everywhere within 10-15mins.

The Maintenance Technician, Anthony Jimenez, is a huge asset to Meridian at Midtown. Whenever I have a maintenance request, he's always super responsive and takes care of the situation as soon as possible. If the issue can't be resolved that day for some reason, he makes sure to communicate next steps clearly and keep me updated. 5 stars for Anthony!!

To start, I am NOT an employee at this establishment, nor have I ever been employed by the company. I will actually be living at the building starting this month, so my reviews will be as an active resident and not a visitor. (I know that's a big thing to a lot of folks, including myself, so I want to put that out there now.) My experience so far with Meridian has been great! The leasing process went smoothly, and my fiance and I fell in love with the amenities that they had to offer. Monique was extremely helpful the entire time, and the staff seemed very friendly as well! Upon seeing the unit I would be living in, I fell in love instantly. It was very clean and beautiful, especially considering that only one other tenant had lived in it prior to myself and my fiance. Overall, I was very satisfied with what I saw, hence why I signed a lease. I come into my experience this building with the understanding that unsatisfactory things may or may not happen in an apartment complex, but for the most part I am hoping that they don't. Should my opinion change within 6 months and 1 year of my stay here, I will be sure to update my review.

You must be at least 18 years of age to rent an apartment. Any occupants over the age of 18 are required to be pre-screened and added to the lease agreement, regardless of whether they will be paying rent.

If you’re not 100% satisfied with your new home, we’ll help you transfer to a comparable home within the same community, or you can choose to break your lease penalty-free within the first 30 days of move-in. Some restrictions may apply.
