My experience is very low water pressure to the point to that you're hardly able to take a shower. Underground parking that is very insecure, access gates break constantly or get broken and take days to get repaired not very secure. Elevators 2 elevators one of them has been down for nearly two weeks and for the past 12 hours the second elevator doesn't work so we've been without elevators even though we have disabled persons that are on upper floors. Laurel Grove Lane very quiet very nice management personnel.

Very quiet, clean and you are close to almost every place you would want to go in San Jose.I love this place; there are generally good decent people that call here home,as well as in this cahill naiborhood. Overall,a great place to call home!!

One of San Jose' very recently completed projects that was created out of the City Council new initiative to tackle the problem of a affordable housing shortage....Very new,clean and in a section of the city close to downtown, it is located in the St.Leo district.It is located very close to downtown, and is in close approximate to shops,restaurants and medical facilities in the city.

They work with section 8, as well as some others. the best thing to do is to walk in to the rental office and ask.
