we really like the place from their online layout but our initial viewing booking experience it’s really upsetting. We travelled really far to view this place as per our schedule set by their leasing specialist but nobody showed up. When calling them no response received. I really want to urge future residents maybe the apartment looks good but if their customer service looks so unprofessional so nobody would want to join their community

It's unusual for an apartment complex to look as good as their photographs. I should know, I had been apartment hunting for three months! Camyll, my leasing agent, was so patient and responsive during the leasing process, making sure all my questions were answered, as well as walking with me to every unit to help me make sure I picked one that would meet my needs. After move in, I've been so happy with Andrew and the maintenance team quickly taking care of a couple very small issues the prior renters didn't report. He even told me they can help me hang a flat screen tv at no extra charge. (up to 55 inches!) The complex is well cared for, and my apartment is spacious, comfortable and well laid out and located. The neighborhood is quiet, for the most part, which was important to me. I feel safe here walking my dog at any time, and I frequently walk him outside the complex as well, where it's shaded and quiet. The gated community and its security were big pluses for me. It's weird to pay for parking here, but with a gated community in such a desirable area, it's a way of keeping usage under control. I'm actually amazed that Amazon drops packages off at my door and at how easy it is for deliveries to get inside. I had no expectations of that ease -and it's been welcome. The dog areas are well maintained with lots of bags and the grounds are green and lush. The apartment interiors are modern and well maintained and surprisingly spacious. It's great to have such a nice place also be pet friendly community. I'm very pleased with my choice to live here and have absolutely no regrets. The value for money is right on point. My only feedback is that there are a few small expenses which aren't disclosed up front but popped up front during leasing- like pest control, the package holding service, and even a fee for a third party to let me pay them for utilities. These aren't huge costs, so they aren't deal killers, but they seem unnecessarily cheap given the cost of the unit. I suggest giving prospective residents a sheet that describes fully loaded costs and estimates, to help lessen the questions to leasing agents as well as help people budget. I'd prefer they were included in rent, or perhaps in a flat fee. But those are small complaints. Overall, I'm satisfied with my choice and I recommend Saybrook Pointe without reservation.

We love this apartment complex! Not only has great amenities like the pool and the gym but it also has amazing people working and making sure we are happy! They answer to our maintenance requests quick and get the job done in not time. I highly recommend this community to anyone who wants a familiar, quiet environment.

My boyfriend and I moved into Saybrook Pointe at the end of last year and we absolutely love it here! Victoria was extremely helpful through the entire application process and gave us a great tour of the place. She always made herself available if we had questions and everything was ready to go when we moved in! Camyll was also very helpful with the move in process and always makes herself available to ask questions and get assistance. The maintenance managers, Germaine and Andrew are always super great! They respond to any work orders or maintenance issues within 24 hours. The property is very clean and the gym is super nice! Lots of great equipment and the pool area is beautiful with nice lounge furniture, BBQ pits and even a hammock! I highly recommend it here :)
