Steve proactively hunted down discounts and well-priced offers to improve my coverage. He's very honest and forthright about what things he finds valuable and doesn't try to sell you anything you don't need. He's very responsive by email, and was especially helpful in unwinding an incorrectly reported traffic citation that automatically and unfairly raised my rates. Steve is a true, engaged professional and a great partner in getting fairly priced, appropriate coverage.

What a 5-star experience this place provides when it comes to insurance needs. I had an unlucky day on the freeway with my windshield picking a fight with a pebble and losing, resulting in a crack that grew like wild fire. I contacted Kim and was scheduled the next day for getting my windshield replaced. WOW that’s quick thank you to such an awesome team! Take it from Jake wearing the khakis, State Farm had my back!

I have been a State Farm customer and a client of Steve Sosnowski for several years now, there are several reasons why I have continued to have Steve's agency provide all of my insurance needs, the main reason is due to the knowledgeable and professional staff he has working and representing his agency. I have had great customer service from Steve and all of his team members over the years, however there is one in particular I would like to mention and say thank you too , his Office Manager Kim Pifer ! I cannot thank her enough for the efforts she has put forth time and time again to ensure not only was I satisfied as a customer but also ensured I was getting the best coverage at the best price. Just recently when discussing my policies and subsequent coverages she had asked me a few questions, there was one in particular that I was unaware of that saved me over $200 annually and literally took all of 10 minutes to get her the information she needed. Steve has built a successful business because he has surrounded himself with employees much like himself that have "old school" values and morals and that his clients happiness supersedes any financial gains he may receive. When I relocated to San Jose I transferred my State Farm policies to the office closest to me. I definitely should have done my research - I had a HORRIBLE experience with the first SF agency. I reached out to Steve’s office after having read countless reviews about the high level of service this office provides. Kim and Nellie were diligent and responsive to answer my list of questions and were more than willing to take the time to correct troublesome challenges with my policies caused by the previous agent. Steve personally reached out to welcome me to the office, as well as after my policies were repaired and reissued to ensure that I was happy. Happy is an understatement!
