Nice staff....their hands are tied somewhat. Rent goes up pretty fast for people on fixed incomes. Lots of smokers. Halls are very loud due to unnecessary loud ventilation fans. Apts are all studio, even though they say they are one bedroom 475 sq ft. There are no enclosed bedrooms. The ventilation fans in apt are loud and suck in all the dirt and smells off the street so apt is very hard to keep clean. The fans in the hallway suck in all the heat in summer and act as cold air conditioning in winter. All in all this is not an environmentally comfortable place to live especially for seniors.
