You hit the help button and then cluck on contact support to call....or as long as you cancel your time slot more than 1 hour before your start you are ok
Not sure if this is your situation, but if you had to miss a block because you were sick and werent able to forfeit your block in time, unless you have some type of documentation as far as a Dr appt or similar, it just gets noted on your record.
There is no phone in the facility. Being sick is a thing that requires you to search for no blocks, or forfeit blocks you have. As long as you take at least one block every sixish weeks, your considered an active driver.
