It will go out for delivery before 6pm. The drivers who deliver work 3 to 5 hour shifts. Its not like ups or fedex, where it goes on a truck for delivery in the morning. Packages are picked up and delivered in small batches through the day.
No you can't pick up any packages from this location. All packages are supposed to be delivered by 9:00pm.

I think that's the problem, tracking says it arrived at the facility last night at 2 in the morning but it is not out for delivery yet.
