Do these machines have a periscope to see outside of the machine or a music feed?

If you are inquiring about MRI scanners, No they do not have a periscope to see outside the scanner. For head MRI exams there is a prism glass on the head imaging coil to see outside. For some, but not all exams music can be provided. For the remainder, earplugs would be worn because of the noise the scanner makes. Some exams you would go in head first, other exams you would go in feet first. No. Just ear plugs as of last Thursday..
