Trying to get through on the phone is challenging. Waited over 25 minutes.

My primary referred me here a couple years ago. I never heard from their office, then they suddenly sent me a letter stating they couldn't get a hold of me, and to call their office. Which is funny, because they never called me. I put off the sleep study until this year, my primary referred me again. Sent the referral. This time I got a voicemail from the office to set up a consult. I wasn't able to call the office until 2 days later - at which time I was told "we tried to reach you 3 times so your referral is now closed, I can't book an appointment for you". I find it absurd that a referral is closed after 3 days for something as nonurgent as a sleep study. ALSO, I only had 1 missed call/vm from the office, so they lied about trying to reach me. Made my primary aware of this and ended up going to Sleep Insights. Got in quick, and they were so much easier to deal with! Go there if you can!!!
