Dysfunctional and unorganized. Systems were down. Couldn’t complete my appointment that I waited 2 months for. Finally did a sleep study and had to schedule a follow-up for the results! Another 2 month wait!! How is a study and the follow-up with results not somehow connected!

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I have been dealing with them for almost 6 months now and have gotten no where. Terrible communication, never answer phone calls or listen to voicemails. waited 4 weeks to set up an actual appointment (after taking 2 at home tests) instead of telemedicine only for them to say “we were supposed to set up an appointment?” You’re better off waiting to get into someplace better.

My husband had his 1 st appointment ( meet & greet ) With PA Heather Wernle who was wonderful.. Heather explained everything & answered all of our many questions ... Heather is an asset to sleepindights They are fortunate to have he on their team! Looking forward to seeing her again.. Will give you update on how it is going for him as his treatment moves along....
