Hello, I would like to say that the elms is a amazing place to stay. My friend lives there and is living his best life. Him and others love the place aswell as it is a safe place for kids and adults.

You have to call them and I think get it mailed or have to go pick it up.

They say call national investments but why bother they are on the elms side they all work together being corrupt and crooked or they say call the washington hud but nobody gets back either and ri housing is a joke
