Love, love, love it here! I have been a customer for 10+ years. I started coming to Ms. Erica as a child( I am now in my 20's). She never disappoints, she snaps every time! Her customer service is amazing, she is the best PROFESSIONAL hair stylist Rochester, New York has ever seen!

Does this salon trim hair really well? When I say "well" I mean do they go into the hair to cut/trim and not just even out the hair to cut only the bottom part. I need a true trim and silk press.

Does this hair salon specialize in women’s tapered cuts? Or low haircuts for women? I’ve been trying to find a hair salon that advocates for women that prefer short hair and won’t tell me to not cut my hair 😅
