Hi, Have any of your apartments had mold issues? Have you had any mold remediation done? Do you disclose if there has been a mold complaint by the prior tenant?

Yes, mold in many many units. They had to cut out a piece of my kitchen wall due to inside mold and water damage. And with the new manager, they probably will say that you caused it and are responsible for taking care of it. I've lived here going on 4 years now and it's been terrible, and the new manager isnt very nice. I'm looking into the oregon renters rights as it is.

I don't know. I've only lived here a short time. I can honestly say so far no mold
