Parking situation is very sad and its starting to making me regret signing a lease without an assigned parking spot :( staff is great and amazing, no complains about them. But I think a $2,400/mo rent should guarantee a resident a parking spot. Update. The situation keeps getting g worse, no action from management. Just threatening mass emails that nobody took seriously apparently:-( This complex is a lot for fleet cars and commercial licensed vehicles your neighbor could possibly have 4-5 vehicles while you gotta go park at Safeway. Update: Response to their response. The reason I’m posting a review is because I have called the leasing office and nothing has been ever done. Many garages are storage units and too many work trucks including the landscaping company that service this community park their truck overnight.

I moved in here 1 year ago. I had a bad review up but recently took it down because it's gotten so much better for me and just all around the complex. I had issues the first 4 months I lived here but they got new management in the office and maintenence and they've made it so much better. There's some issues outside but nothing you don't get with other places. Every time I send them an email of my frustrations they immediately respond and fix it. I would recommend Sterling Pointe because it's a very nice community and you can't beat the location.

I was shown two apartments and told they were both available for lease. When I called later that afternoon, I was told that the one I wanted was no longer available so I went with the other one. After living there for a few weeks, I realized that the one I had wanted (and which they had shown me and told me was available) was actually just a model apartment. They also told me the rental price while showing me the units and then increased it when I sat down to sign the lease. I would not recommend this complex to others after being lied to during the leasing process.

Yikes! Just moving in a family member and ouch the service at the office is out of this world bad. Setting up the rental we made sure to follow up many times to be sure they had everything ( there are a few layers) We were assured the night before all was set- and we did a lot of follow ups. All was. Good! Until we actually came to get the keys - they needed additional copy of a form- which would be fine if they had called or emailed.. crickets. Got the form sent in 5 minutes—- but now ignored by person in office ( won’t make eye contact or open dopr$ called the office and… nope no answer. 90 degrees out and standing at the door now 20 mins… 2 calls… and nothing. Unfortunate. The apartments therm sep es are ok - not great but ok. Parking is awful- but that’s obvious before you move in. I will say that my previous experience with Milissa was great- but fully eclipsed by waiting outside a full 30 mins now. There is not the excuse of being busy with other customers- they walked right past the door I am standing in front of😂 it only takes 15 seconds to say I will be right with you❤️

I believe there are just one story apartments here. We're paying about $1400 for a 1 bedroom. Haven't checked out the pool area so im not sure in that part.
