Resist and rude manager. I don’t know what the owner saw in her to be a manager here Because she doesn’t deserve a job of cleaning.

Only live here as a last resort. They have a long history of scamming residents. For a long time they would only rent to Asian tenants who spoke little to no English and charge them for maintenance. The foundation was crumbling and smashed a sewer line when I lived there. Open sewage was leaking into the grass. They will lie and tell you a part is on order if something needs to be fixed in your unit and you will wait for months with no word. The manager hated families w/children and it was an issue since the play area was right by her office/living unit. I could go on about the nasty treatment of families w/younger children and the awful notices she would leave them. She would complain about any noise you could hear outside of the apartment such as a child crying yet did nothing about the older hard of hearing residents who had their TV's blaring at full blast at all hours. During my tenancy I witnessed an elderly asian couple get evicted, they were Korean I believe. The cops came and dragged them out and were shouting at them very loudly in English which they understood very little of. They were sent off w/only the clothes on their back while their unit was boarded up. The whole fiasco was inhumane and likely illegal since the tenants were probably not given notice in a language they understood. The units are old and moldy. They do get inspected but management is very careful only to show only units they have updated, remodeled and cleaned thoroughly to HUD inspectors. If they did random unannounced inspections of various apartments the place would likely be condemned. Our unit had crumbling drywall and pink and black mold growing all over. They were informed but never treated the issue, instead it was deemed our fault and we were told to deal w/it. It is low income so people are usually desperate to get in. I understand that people need to live here as i did at the time but at least treat people w/dignity.
