I just moved into these apartment May 2022. The office manager has always been friendly & helpful. I like that the complex is smaller & located conveniently near Max without feeling like you constantly hear the trains. I like the nature trails for walking. I live in my own as a petite young woman & I feel safe living here on my own. I will concede the parking is tight & can be difficult. If you leave windows open it can be noisy with street noise. But I wouldn’t say out of the ordinary for an apartment. The neighborhood overall is pretty quiet. For the area this was one of the more affordable places & it is still nice for a basic apartment. I toured more expensive places & they weren’t as nice or had the same issues other reviews called out as being a drawback. I haven’t seen any homeless, police activity or car prowling.

I’ll star off with these are very nice looking from the inside! I had scheduled a tour online & called to confirm my visit before heading out to view this place, as I drove an 1 & 1/2 hr. I was told the day before coming to the viewing that there was a unit available for $1,316.00 & that it had no applicants so far. Great! I showed up & after being given the tour I was told that they no longer had that unit available but had some available for $1,600+.. That is extremely high for one bedroom! I left very disappointed. They should have given me a call to inform me instead of wasting both mine & their time. Please please let possible future tenants know if something has changed so time isn’t wasted.

Don’t waste your time living here… Management doesn’t care, the Manger who’s name I can’t pronounce or spell it cause I’ve only spoke to her once… never returns calls, Jessica the assistant manager nit much help either… and forgot about trying to talk to corporate office!! I don’t know if they even exist My roommate who was listed as an occupant wanted to take over the lease… could never do so… then I was told he was a co-signer yet he is also a occupant… how does that work? I gave my 30 day notice like 3 months unto the lease.. told them “co-signer”-“occupant” is taking over the lease… they acted like they didn’t even hear me. I have my email. They never took me off the lease, never gave a renewal offer letter! We were Definitely Discriminated against. Don’t lease here! - ⭐️

We’ve lived here for over a year and can say it has been a pleasant experience. I love the nature trails and have never had any issues living at Element170. Management has been kind and proactive. Whenever we needed maintenance done, it was taken care of in a timely manner. Jessica is super sweet and I appreciate her extra effort to work with us in finding a 2 bedroom unit within the complex. I would recommend anyone to live here.
