I’ve really enjoyed living here with my family the last two years. The location can’t be beat with grocery, the max and delicious restaurants all within walking distance. The managers and maintenance staff genuinely care about the tenants and are extremely professional. The complex is very well maintained inside and out. The gym is handy and the indoor pool is divine. Life is taking me to different places but I will always cherish the memories made at Beavercreek.

Was looking for a place for a friend on short notice, unfortunately Beavercreek did not have any availability in the time frame we needed. I was, however, blown away by the honesty and scincerty of the manager who took just a minute to list off the names of their sister properties and even others nearby. We did find a place nearby that happened to just get a place open that same day because of Beavercreek recommendation.

Lived in this complex for 3+ years and had a great experience. The location was perfect for me with the max station being walking distance. Joey and the team do a great job managing the property and have made nice updates such as painting the buildings, upgrading the gym equipment, and installing codes to the building doors for safety. Shawn and the maintenance crew are very responsive and super caring. I never had any issues living here. Overall, I enjoyed my stay at Beaver Creek Apartments.

Beaver Creek apartments was the first place I called home after moving to Oregon. They aren't the most up to date buildings, but they were pest-free and felt safe. There were enough washer and dryer rooms that we never had to wait for the machines and the pool area is well taken care of. The little patio outside is kept clean and the grounds have well kept flowers everywhere. Even a few fragrant pink roses that I had to sniff every time I walked past. The location was perfect for commuting, nabbing groceries, and we never had to ask twice to get anything fixed. It made me feel like we were part of a community that cared about us. If we could have found a two-bedroom there, we never would have moved. Best of luck to you, Carla Properties and thank you for being a great place to call home for awhile.
