Be aware. This property does not care about their residents. Dismiss issues. New manager is in the office every couple of months and they all come with their own rules and policy. For example the rule used to be that you cant back in your car yet now you see multiple residences especially trucks are doing that, all that smell going into your home. Stairwells have urine and blood stains. Rats running around and damage your car wires. Parking is a joke, you pay for it but when you complain about the damage caused by neighboring kids hitting your car MULTIPLE TIMES, you are told to call your insurance company and file a claim. Management lie about not able to move parking spots when multiple residents had their parking swapped. Your car port will be block by people moving in and out. And that happens often. Free parking lots are always occupied for days by cars that are not marked with visitors stickers. These apartments are outdated and offer ZERO amenities. They also do NOT except packages and you have drive to the post office, that means if you work from 8-5, you need to get off work early to get your mail, post office hours are 8-5. FedEx and UPS packages are stolen from your unit. The only people that seem to move in and out are people from California. There is pet rent yet poop bags are always out and dog poop is everywhere. Step in it several times. The way the front doors are, you cant keep warmth in. Breeze strips are NEVER replaced. Don't let the reply on each complaint fool you. i original emailed them prior to writing this and ZERO response. Overall awful place to live in. Unites are poorly build. you can hear all of your neighbors, from screaming kids to morning prayers. For how much you charge DO BETTER! Adjust managers attitude towards residents. The positive reviews you see were paid for with gift Starbucks gift cards

Great place to live! the apartments are beautiful and bright and walking distance to New Seasons, Big Al's, AMC theater, walking trails and so much more! Management and especially Tracey is incredible and professional, maintenance staff are very friendly and efficient.

Just beware You will lose your whole deposit if you move here! This is a good place to live until you want to move out or transfer units. So we just transferred apartments and they basically robbed us of our whole deposit. We only lived in our last apartment for 7.5 months or so and it was in spotless condition and they took our whole deposit for repainting, carpet cleaning, regular cleaning charges etc. We cleaned the whole apartment spotless, we even asked for paint and patched and painted the walls ourselves. We spent so much time making sure we left the apartment in perfect condition and yet they still took our whole deposit. They said there is a corporate policy that they basically paint regardless of the condition and that costs over 200 dollars for only a one bedroom! That’s completely ridiculous! They are basically using everyone’s deposit to pay for the upkeep of each apartment. So if you move here don’t expect to get a penny back from these greedy property management!

My husband and I were residents of Progress Terrace for the last two and a half years. We truly loved our experience here. It has been one of the best apartments we have been able to live in. The apartments are well maintained and management has always been wonderful to work with. If a maintenance request is needed, they are quick to respond. I have no complaints for this location and will miss living here. If you are looking for an apartment in Beaverton, take a second to look here and you won't be disappointed. Besides just the apartment, the proximity to Progress Ridge and other areas is great.
