Last week I had a transmission/engine light come on. I called the dealer that I purchased my car at, as well as every other Nissan dealer near by. No one could tell me if my car was going to break down or if it was okay to drive. They also couldn’t get me in for diagnosis for two weeks. Beaverton Nissan got me in the next day and was able to fix the issue the same day, they also serviced my transmission, oil change, rotated tires and were just awesome to work with. Definitely will return to Beaverton Nissan for my service needs

My experience at Beaverton Nissan was Excellent! Surprisingly NOT stressful! The market is terrible right now and I have been searching dealerships for weeks, my experience at other dealers was terrible! Simon Reta at Beaverton Nissan was relaxed and very easy to deal with, he was well-informed and very personable, probably the best car sales person that I have dealt with during my search! The dealership had a relaxed yet comfortable environment.

Nick, Lisa, and Edwin were all really excellent to work with. Nick was really thoughtful and deliberate about discussing differences in options and pricing (which I felt they were very fair about). Lisa went above and beyond to make sure I was well taken care of - she picked me up personally on the day that I bought my car so that I didn't have to Lyft to the dealership, she walked me through all the details of the car and the transaction, and really worked to make sure things went smoothly and were stress free. Edwin took extra time to make sure my financing was right (even in the middle of some tricky paperwork). The team collectively was great at communicating and made sure that I knew what to expect at every step of the process, including the next steps for maintenance.

Everyone treated my family with respect and dignity. The employees were knowledgeable and enjoyable to conduct business with. There were no high pressure sales.
