My nieces and nephews were visiting from California and they wanted Boba so I took them here because it is close to our home. (Aug 1st I think) There were 12 of us so it wasn't a small group, but we were the ONLY customers there. Right off the bat, the front/cashier girl didn't seem very happy at all to see such a big group. She wasn't friendly from the very beginning and seemed very annoyed by us. We had one question about the drink and she wasn't helpful at all but again annoyed. As we were waiting for the drinks, the children came up to the counter when they saw their drinks but she was annoyed by that and told them to stay back and wait. She said it multiple times in very rude manner. So I told the kids to step back and wait. There were one small bench to sit and all the tables were stacked up against the wall. A few of the kids didn't have a place to sit and they sat on the table up again the wall. The girl immediately told them not to sit on the table. Fine! We got off. 2 of the children are special needs so we took 2 chairs that were stacked up against the wall so they can sit. She immediately turned toward her coworkers and in very loud tone and rude as all get out and said... I told them not to sit on the table and they pulled out the chairs! ( with nasty attitude!) Let's not forget we've just spend money for 12 people with drinks. You do the math. That wasn't cheap. At this point I have had enough with her rudeness so I spoke up. I said perhaps you need to have so some chairs for folks to sit and wait for their drinks. We are not asking to sit inside the entire time but some of us can't stand that long. We took the kids and waited outside in 95 degrees weather. I asked what her name was and she said Laura Lai?? Needless to say, we WILL NOT ever come back here again. Why spend or give your money to rude company!!! These types of drinks are everywhere! And by the way, the drinks are not even good.

One of my fav boba places in Beaverton. They are always consistent with their drinks. I love that you can customize the sweetness and ice level. Plenty of options to choose from drink wise. My favorite is the winter melon with boba and grass jelly and milk tea with boba and coffee jelly. The staff are always working hard to get drinks out. When they get slammed the wait can be 10 to 15 mins, so bring your patience. I like to call ahead or order online to avoid a wait during busy times,

This place is great! Love their taro boba. But most definitely I really like their food. Specially their pop corn chicken, deep fried squid and takoyaki. Can’t wait to try the rest of their menu. I am not a huge fan of their milk teas, but overall pretty good.

New bubble tea in the area! My favorite flavors are thai milk tea and Mango Royal Tea. The place is nice and clean. Wait time is less than 5 mins when it's very busy.

Questions & Answers

Are there dairy-free drink/milk-tea options?

T4 has dairy-free teas, but none of their milk teas are advertised as dairy-free. It would probably be a good idea to call them and ask as they don't necessarily monitor this forum.
