Absolutely the best mail center I have ever used. The BEST part is AIM allows us to use the street address therefore all deliveries are possible. Many merchants will not deliver to a PO Box. Both persons, Kristine and the gentleman (cannot recall his name but he sounds Euro) have assisted me with utmost respect and kindness. If they were short with me, I give them the credit that they are having a bad day. Kristine is quiet but gives detailed explanations when asked. The gentleman is very communicative on the other hand. I love it!!! AIM holds my packages local and international packages until I pick up and they send email reminders promptly. That alone gives me so much contentment that my packages are safe, not stolen as it is at my residence. Much cheaper to rent mail boxes than other rental companies, I compared prices, nothing comes near. This is a gift shop as well with many international and local style clothing. A joy for the eyes while you wait if needed to. For cotton clothing, this is the place this summer. I highly recommend it!!

I have always had a bad experience with mail centers in general, and have been avoiding it for the longest time. But came here to drop off a few boxes as I was on a rush. Super friendly service! After the amazing service I received, it made me think twice about mail centers again. Keep up the great work!!

Very upset with this place. Annoying experiences both times. The most recent transaction, the package I’ve sent through their store hasn’t reached its destination. Nobody there asks clarifying questions and you find out later that it was something they should have known to ask because they supposedly know the customer options and what you’re supposed to advise the customer- things we as customers don’t know and pay them to know. Questions they should asking when trying to figure out what the customer needs. They don’t want to take the extra (necessary) steps to figure stuff out. They got the package address wrong the first time which I thankfully caught. Not going back here unless there is a serious upgrade to their customer service and overall competence level. I hate to leave negative reviews about a small independent local business but they still have to give to customers what we are paying them for.

They always are nice and respectfull, prices are a bit high but it's not up to them, if you go with a label already made its very easy to drop off your package
