Good value. Rarely saw any staff in the floor to guide you to specific products. You are pretty much on your own. Eventually did locate a single staff person who was quite helpful. Pricing of items was either totally missing or confusing or both on many products. I had to bring several similar products to the register to make a decision on price/value. Shopping should not be this difficult.

Customer service is not measured just by smiles and greetings but when there are challenging situations that require considerations on a case to case basis. Thats my experience with Jimmy the store manager for this location. He was receptive to a unique and challenging issue and was able to provide a fair and reasonable resolution that works for both parties. What these big companies dont really understand and appreciate is that when a customer comes across an order issue, it takes excellent service from their employees to turn a bad situation into oblivion because the last thing the customer will remember is the wonderful service they got and not the issue they initially encountered. No computer, robot or script can replace a personalized, professional and human service and Jimmy is testament to that.

I had a lovely experience in this store. I had a return and Mika helped me so well. The manager Evan helped out as well and he made it go so smooth and fast. They had knowledge of what I was looking for and where I could find it. I was simply amazed about how many items they had for hair care. This will be my must stop at store for great customer service and the items they have in stock. Thank you.

I always shop here close to closing, and there's usually no more than 2 or 3 other customers. Masks required just like everywhere else, and they've got the partitions at the registers.
