Costumer service is ok but the network not plus if you buy phones from them is like a contract so don't buy phones at the store buy somewhere the internet always fail the app is not working so many issues

DON'T COME HERE!!! Horrible customer experience. I left this place feeling like a rude person because I had to raise my voice to get noticed...in other words, they don't know how to sell. They put me on a queue but never called me. If I wouldn't of raised my voice, I would of been a ghost in that place. There weren't that many customers honestly...If they where so busy, they could of said something like "Hello sir, we will be with you shortly" when we made eye contact. It's not that hard, I can wait. These people need a sales leader that's keen, someone with a spleen to lead. I would like to see this store hire someone that's responsible, who leads with wit....someone with grit!

I came in with a difficult circumstance. I was a bit frustrated. The entire process took almost 2 hours due to technical difficulties that were self caused. Why I am leaving a review is for Sky. For 2 hours this person helped me with my phone change, played dj and kept one of the most positive attitudes I have ever seen 30 min past her shift was over. It was one of the great experiences of above and beyond customer service in my life. Sky is an absolute legend with great music taste. Absolute star power.💫

As soon as we walked in, Michael greeted my mother and I and immediately assisted us. We were there to purchase new phones as existing members. Michael noticed notes in my account and immediately addressed them with customer support. Michael was transparent and communicated with us throughout the ordeal. I was impressed by his work ethic, organization and how he stayed one step ahead of customer support. There were a few times when customer support hung up on him, he would call back and detail who he spoke with and what the issue was. Although we were there for longer than we had planned for, Michael assured us that he had our best interest in mind. Even though he was on the phone working things out with customer support, he greeted each customer that walked in, making sure they were acknowledged. He is an asset to T-Mobile, I have been a customer for 15+ years and his service is top notch.
