Low selection for 12-24m boys unless you want dinosaur or wordy clothes. Wish it wasn't so hard to find boys clothes that are stylish and functional.

I had such a wonderful experience at this store! The sales associates are so attentive and kind, especially Gabby. I went in with the intent on purchasing gifts for 6 children, and was completely clueless. She was so attentive and patient, and really made the process easy for me. The store is so clean and if they don’t have something out on the floor, they have options to get you what you need. I really enjoyed doing my shopping here and the service I received! Highly recommend!

I like the brand, but not the customer service in this store. Today, I went in to return one item and exchange 3 items. The girl who made the return for me made a mistake. She matched the price of the three new items I wanted to get with the four items I brought in. So, that meant I could get nothing from my return. I understand that everyone makes mistakes, so I just told her nicely that she made a mistake. But, she refused to admit and kept saying the money would go back to my card no matter how many times I explained the mistake to her. I was really speechless at that time. I mean, I’m Chinese, girl, do you think your math is better than me? Anyway, the other girl, who I think is the manager, checked everything and solved the problem at the end. She did apologize, but through her attitude, I can say she didn’t feel really sorry. I feel I wasn’t respected at all. Won’t go back.

Employees sanitize their hands after each customer interaction and wear a mask during the entire process of fulfilling your order. When the associate brings your order to your car, they will place your order in the trunk or backseat to comply with social distancing.
