WATCH OUT FOR SERVERS CHARGING 18% GRATUITY SCANDALOUSLY plus Very poor service! Went here for dinner with a couple of friends, we had a table of 4. When we got there we had said there was only 4 of us and we got seated in a booth relatively quickly. Our server immediately brought us out 5 waters and was rude off the bat, we were all confused but thought nothing of it. We were rushed to order right away as they barely gave us time to order, and even rushed us to cook and eat our food. Once we were about 3/4 done eating our waiter had brought us our check. When we received the check it had gratuity automatically charged. We went ahead and paid the gratuity and then proceeded to give a tip after the gratuity so basically I tipped them twice. After the fact before I was leaving I took a look at their menu. At the bottom it said along the lines of “Gratuity will be charged for parties of 6 or more” I then proceeded to ask why I was charged gratuity and if I could get a refund. My server made up an excuse and said “I thought you were a party of 5” and then said that they couldn’t help me get a refund for the gratuity. I am perfectly fine with giving a tip or paying gratuity but when you are doing it wrongfully to people to get extra money i don’t support. All they had to do was be honest and not charge that and I would not have gotten upset

Enjoyed a delicious dinner here on Saturday night with a group of 4 we finished Combo B. We’ve been here about 4 times now and would recommend it again. The meat quality was good and really enjoyed the variety of side dishes. Now they only offer 2 rounds of bon chon and charge for additional.

Forget the ⭐ rating!! Service was great! Food was great! They came back and asked if we needed anything several times and were quick to come back with what we asked. They worked hard serving everybody. We got all the side dishes your supposed to get when you go to Korean BBQ, like lettuce leaf, garlic slices, miso paste, dipping sauce etc. Some other places skip on those because they think you don't know authentic Korean BBQ. We enjoyed it! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!!!

I do not understand how this place is so highly rated...the best item was the steamed rice, I'm dead serious. The soy sauce was watered down heavily, dumplings were so-so, kimchi pancake was lackluster, bibimbap had hardly any meat and was almost all chopped romaine (what you see is literally all there was, the rest of the bowl was just lettuce), and the wings were waaay too breaded but flavor was on point. We were incredibly disappointed.
